- How does delivery take 3–5 business days across Egypt. We confirm every order before shipping.
- Do you cover all of Egypt? Yes — we deliver to all governorates.
- How much is shipping? It depends on your governorate, and it's free on orders over EGP 2,500.

- Do you accept cash on delivery? Yes — COD is available nationwide.

- How do I care for my products? Natural materials need simple care — clean gently, avoid soaking, and store them dry. Care tips come with your order.
**Returns**
- Can I return an item? Yes — within 14 days, unused and in original packaging. Personalised (engraved) items can't be returned unless defective.
**Personalisation**
- Can I add a name engraving? Yes — it's an optional add-on at checkout, perfect for gifts.
